First of all you need to make or buy a new engine head grounding wire. That one is about to fall apart. Secondly you need to attach it to the valve cover stud to the left of where it’s currently attached. Where you have it now it’s not doing anything because it’s electrically isolated due to the valve cover gasket.
I'd say start with checking how the spark plugs are connected, make sure you have the firing order correct. If that's all correct, verify timing is set correctly.

Starts, and shakes, and turns off, keeps running only with gas pressed ;-;
