I retook the functions test after practicing empathetic skills and generally working on myself. Here're the results and my views on the process.

I'm not sure these tests have high specificity to be using numbers like that. I have tried increasing my Se by running, and the momentary runner highs are great, but they wear off...I still feel introverted, trying to shake it.

Yes, I don't think this is some conclusive scientific evidence, and I mentioned the margin of error, but the trends for Fe and Ne/Ni are some decent signs to go by, one as an indicator of growth, the other as an indicator of self-knowledge. Aren't you ENTJ though? Like, regardless of Se training. I also find Se the hardest to train, you're supposed to live the moment and not think of anything, but keeping track of Se itself makes you less Se, and if you're like me and don't like strenous excercise, having a bad time developing something emotional only makes you dislike it, kinda like when you put your favorite song as an alarm and over time you hate it lol.

Thinking about Se, I realize that it's much more feasible to train the processing functions (feeling and thinking) than the information gathering ones (sensing and intuitive) since you can make a conscious effort to at least try. The other ones kinda happen.
